Terms of Use

Last updated July 20, 2026

Private workspace

Klarity is provided as a private workspace for approved users. Do not use it unless you have been invited and authorized.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they enter, upload, review, approve, or export.

No professional advice

Klarity is a software tool. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Google Drive files

When Drive access is connected, Klarity may create folders and README files, list files in app-managed folders, and store links to selected source files.

Google Calendar

Klarity's dedicated service identity may read the household calendars explicitly shared with it. The official Parent Time calendar remains read-only and authoritative for the main parenting schedule. Klarity may create, update, or remove only its own generated events on “Parent Time - Klarity” and transparent events prefixed with “Flex:” on the Family Calendar. The derived calendar is not an authoritative source, and Flex blocks annotate rather than replace Parent Time. Approved household members may end a Klarity-created Flex plan with an attributed reason.

Availability

The app is provided as-is and may change as the workspace evolves.
