Terms of Use

Last updated July 20, 2026

Private workspace

Klarity is provided as a private workspace for approved users. Do not use it unless you have been invited and authorized.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they enter, upload, review, approve, or export.

No professional advice

Klarity is a software tool. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Google Drive files

When Drive access is connected, Klarity may create folders and README files, list files in app-managed folders, and store links to selected source files.

Google Calendar

Klarity's dedicated service identity may read the household calendars explicitly shared with it. The official Parent Time and Family Calendar remain read-only in Klarity. Approved household members may use Flex to create exception plans and child assignments on the Flex calendar and end an active exception with an attributed reason.

Availability

The app is provided as-is and may change as the workspace evolves.
